How to Raise a Complaint with Favourclinical Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Favourclinical Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can reach out about any of these:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Favourclinical Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Favourclinical Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@favourclinical.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
